Merry Christmas 2020 & Happy New Year 2021

And it’s that time of year again: 24 December is just around the corner and finally the day when all the stress is over has come. Covid-19 will soon even have to be renamed Covid-20 while we hopefully show the virus where the hammer hangs with the vaccine. Until then, I would like to wish you a great Christmas, lots of fun and joy and hopefully everything you could wish for under the Christmas tree. And at the same time: A Happy New Year! ...

Continuum Gaming: Special Episode 210

At the moment it is a bit difficult to print with my new resin based 3d printer, because printing unfortunately consumes a lot of isopropanol. Why is this a problem? Isopropanol is one of the best disinfectants and is used in practically every surface disinfectant and also in many hand disinfectants. Breathing mask from the 3d printer

A company from Baden-Württemberg called "Cast Solut" has developed a respirator that can be produced by injection moulding and that reduces the use of filter material to about 1/5 of a normal respirator. Well done one can only say. Of course things get even better if you can download the 3d data for it and print it out on your home FDM printer. The 3d model is available on the website - thanks for that :). But when I downloaded it, I noticed ...

The Soulcage Department: Bouncing Ball exercise

Every 3d-animation artist has probably done it before: This is a new variation of the bouncing ball exercise - this time with a current background. And so it only remains for me to say: #staythefuckhome! Have fun watching it and thanks to Elm from the Soulcage Department for this small and simply stylish animation :). The Elegoo Mars: The new guy in town

After my MarkBot Replicator 2 and 2x (both Fused Deposition Modelling printers), I now have a new 3d printer - but this time a Digital Light Processing (DLP) printer. A DLP printer is something completely different from a FDM printer, because here, plastic is not melted and stacked on top of each other like with a hot glue gun, but a 3D printer, where UV light is used to cure a reacting resin layer by layer. The synthetic resin (called resin) ...

Does it cost me something to host it? Hell yeah.

I do not see why I should provide it to you to be insulted?
